Chad District Manager was really patient and well with offering his time explain the menu and key questions that was asked. Clean cut and well with manners.

The food was 7/10. We ate the smashed burgers & fries. The service was ok, employees were busy, you have to ask for ketchup which was a long wait to have to ask for ketchup, (I feel they may need more employees), was pretty clean, & overall I would give the whole experience a 6/10. (I did NOT get to try the custard 🙃)

Nathan at Freddy’s on Nicholasville road was outstanding!! He was fast and courteous. The food was excellent!

My bf n I decided to get some icecream and i’m not sure if the person working the window was new or having a bad day in general but their customer service was very poor and incompetent. We were ordering slow so as to not rush the person and they were still having issues getting our order then told us “Just so you all know it will be a 10 minute wait so it won’t offend me if you all leave because we are super busy” they had 4 cars in the drive thru…well we said that was fine and finished our order and waited. then when we got to the window they walked over and proceeded to have a conversation about some ex coworker that i guess showed up and that none of them liked—literally irrelevant information and THEN cashed us out. my bf asked for fry sauce and i asked for a drink carrier and they turned and waved their hand and said “yeah yeah yeah”. needless to say this was a joke of a drive thru experience—do better.

One of the best Freddy’s we’ve visited! Clean store with plenty of seating and parking. Friendly & knowledgeable workers. Everything came out of the kitchen as expected - correct condiments, quick, & at the right temperature.

First time eating there. We went to the one on Nicholasville Rd in Lexington KY. It was Awesome. We had the patty melt and chilli cheese fries. The workers were great. Will definitely eat there again.

The employee at the counter kept diverting attention away from our order. It came off as an attempt to hold us there. Each time they would do it, a comment was made about the appearance of the only woman in our party of 2 males and 1 female. We were all feeling awkward throughout the situation and will not be returning to this branch of Freddy's.

I visited Freddys this September for the first time in a very long time, but I was craving a smashed burger. They were very busy when I arrived. There was a very polite young lady who welcomed me as I walked in. She said she'd be with me in just a moment. I have managed fast food restaurants myself so I understand. Sometimes you have to be patient so that was no problem. Especially seeing all that she was doing she had finished making someone's order before me and then proceeded to take my order. She was fast and efficient and my order was correct. They called my number for my food. I sat down and began to eat, but as I was sitting there, I couldn't help but notice this young lady was doing her thing. She was working every station there she was running back-and-forth answering every question each employee had for her politely and with patients in the middle of a rush never once losing her cool she was making burgers she was making ice cream. She was taking orders helping out everywhere she was needed. As I was observing, I couldn't help but think to myself that girl has a fire inside of her. If she is not the one in charge, she should be because she was definitely running the show. She reminded me a lot of myself. She's going places she's the kind of person that I looked for to be a part of my team when I played a part in the fast food industry. I believe I heard another employee call her Sara i just wanted to give her a shout out you go girl your doing an amazing job!! Also the food she cooked herself for me was top tear exactly what i was wanting in a smash burger it was fresh and delicious thank you for the great experience at freadys Sara! I hope to see you again and don't let anyone stop your shine baby.
