Ordered pizza at 1:35 pm for 3:30 pm pickup. App said completed, see attachment. Went to pick up and was informed not ready for another 40 minutes due to stoking, that does not appear to be on app. Management / corporate your food is amazing, please set your team up for success by updating your app to actually talk to the store and update status and constraints appropriately. Had to leave as on a schedule, hence ordering two hours in advance! Your pizza is amazing, best in town, shame your IT and corporate systems coordination don’t match the food quality or workforce commitment

The pizza toppings are close to non-existent: 2 very thin slices of red onion on each slice. Green peppers were slightly more evident. I think it's unethical to charge $2 for 12 tiny slices of onion. The service has improved significantly, but I won't pay for a ripoff.

Let me start by saying I love the pizza here! However, the service… it has not been good the last few times I’ve visited. This time in particular, I had to get the hosts attention (while the restaurant only had 2 parties sitting in it!) and he told me I could sit at the bar. I waited at the bar for 10 minutes, looking around for any service. I told him I couldn’t wait and needed to head out. I didn’t end up eating lunch here. Upon my departure I had to get the hosts attention again - as he was watching a show on his phone with headphones in 🫠
