We met for dinner before a game, so location was nice. Wine selection and service were great. We had some excellent calamari.

Loss of star for atmosphere and pasta. Both were alright but I’ll take Bella Notte over this place any day. Ambiance is cold and uninteresting. Pasta was not terrible but not something I’ll come back for.

We chose ItalX to celebrate a retirement, and overall the evening was highlighted by truly outstanding food, paired with some service gaps that were hard to ignore. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately for our reservation, which was a great start. The atmosphere was welcoming, and once the food arrived, it absolutely delivered. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The food was exceptional — easily the best part of the experience...

This is one of my wife's favorite places to eat. While it's been a bit since we've eaten at Frank and Dino's, I would put this up against any of Lexington's other Italian joints. The food is always on point, and quality of service is something that sticks out in our mind every time we leave.
