First time experience. From the ambience, service and food all was exceptional. Will be going back.

Experience is one of the best we have ever witnessed. Sushi was out of this world and getting to watch a classy band perform while we ate dinner was truly top notch! The service was also outstanding! Don't pass on this place it is fantastic!!

The food was exactly what you would expect of a restaurant in this caliber. It was excellent as was the service. I do agree with others that the music, although very good, at times was too loud and made conversation hard. The only real complaint I had was the cost of martinis at $18.00. That does seem to be excessive.

All 4 diners enjoyed the steak and lobster special. Excellent service. The crème brûlée with fresh berries was delicious.

The service and food were excellent, however, our entrees were brought to the table shortly after we had begun our salads. We sent them back. Additionally, we were sitting in a dining room full of people in various shorts, tennis shoes (no socks), tee shirts (with marketing advertisements), The table next to us had a gentleman eating dinner with his baseball cap on, his sunglasses propped up on his cap and the entire table looked they came from Dennys. Your website defines your attire as “ business casual “, I don't think so! Not even close to business casual! When we dine at Capital Grill, Fleming, Dickie Brennans, Sullivan's, etc, we don't see that type of dress code. Regards Richard

The first thing you notice is everyone has your comfort level on their minds. From the front desk to the over the top table service everyone is trained and ready to present you with an otherworldly experience. We had the pleasure of meeting the assistant GM and sommelier Jeff who made it his mission to not only provide an expert rundown of options he even brought us a private bottle from the reserve!!!! His presence at my side coupled with our astute waiter Cas had us both laughing and smiling the entire time. For me personally this was a bucket list as we don't normally travel this direction. They are excellence personified and you will not be disappointed with their service. Until next time sirs! And yes there WILL be a next time. It was that good!!!!

Food was really good! Our waitress did come around a couple times but never once asked us if we were ready to order our dinner. Otherwise other it was great

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary of 40 years and my 65th birthday! The entire staff went over and above our expectations and made the evening very special. Thanks

Always a good experience here. Service and food is top notch. I do wish they would have better ice in their cocktails. A clear cube is what I would expect at a top notch place like this, not nuggets.

Jeff Ruby's makes for a special evening. The service is the outstanding and the food is excellent. Just FYI - if you like a good medium rare steak, do not order the barrel filet and have them split it. One side might be smaller and more cooked than the other. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place, even though it is on the pricey side.

Hospitality & service 5-star as always. My wife's filet was done less than medium well & my NY strip was good but a little bit gristly, which was unusual. Always a treat to dine here.

We brought my daughter here for her 7th birthday dinner and Corey was our waiter, he was absolutely amazing. They brought her a few mocktails and a cupcake to help celebrate. We will definitely be back!

Food and service was great. My wife and I went for our anniversary and our server brought us a cupcake to celebrate and it was very good also.

Great service, great food! We celebrated my husband's birthday. We ordered a filet, ribeye, and lobster tail. All very well prepared and delicious. Bread was fresh and warm with excellent butter. Jeff Ruby's is always a great experience!
