I go to blue stallion every now and again but hadn't had the opportunity to try salt and vinegar until recently. Everything always looks so good and the presentation has always been impressive when I've been camped out at blue stallion. The pretzel and pimento cheese was so stinking good I'd go back just for that. The nachos either needed lime, salt or both to give them depth. Best kept surprise in Lexington! The food (Salt & Vinegar) is amazing! Really, top-notch! We had the spätzle and cant wait to try more. The cocktails are great, and the drafts, of course. The people were super nice, knowledgeable about the menu, and helpful. What a great spot and somewhere that hit the top quality bell. We'll be back often... compliments to the chef(s)! And still hoping to find the brews (Ethereal) in stores!
