Stopped in with my partner last Monday afternoon- our first JM experience. In short, the food AND service were first-rate. The manager struck up a conversation without being pushy... rare AND much appreciated! We had cold subs this time- after the next visit(steak&cheese), I will review in more detail. 2 new happy customers!!
My husband and I went to the Richmond Road location for the first time yesterday.
The staff were very nice and welcoming ! We told them it was our first time being there . The menu was explained to us and as we were paying for our sandwiches they gave us free cookies for it being our first time there! I would definitely recommend this store!
