I purchased a sandwich and a drink and it took 45 before I finally received my sandwich but no drink. I called the store and was put on hold and subsequently hung up on. I called again and was put on hold and then hung up on AGAIN. Third time i called they again tried to put me on hold and I told them I needed a manager. Took over an hour and a half for our office order today for three sandwiches and three bags of chips. When it arrives, to say we were disappointed, doesn’t cover it. When calling the store to inquire, employee was rude and not helpful, saying she didn’t even see our order in the system. Confusing and frustrating when ordering online for an office.
After multiple chances with their delivery service, they just cannot get it right. Every order we’ve ever placed is either wrong or missing items and the customer service is terrible.
