I give a 0 for my experience. I was extremely busy at work so I decided to order a sandwich. My work place is less than 2 blocks from the store. My order was placed shortly after 6 pm. I got off work at 11. I never got my order. To say the least I am not a happy person.
They have psycho employees that yell at customers that call and threaten them. This store is criminal
I went to Jimmy John’s off Nicholasville Road recently and ordered a roast beef sandwich with double meat. My sandwich had 2 thin slices of roast beef. I asked them is this double meat and they said yes. Is just a regular Jimmy John’s sandwich no meat? A complete rip off! I am never going there again.
