My job is a 5 minute drive from the store. I've ordered twice and every time it takes around 40 minutes before my order is delivered. When I called asking where my order was, the person who I was speaking with was so rude. Stated that they were slammed. I understand being busy but when I called to place my order I should've been told it would take a bit longer than expected. It's a shame because I really do love jimmy johns food but I won't be ordering from this store any more....read full review
As an avid customer, I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch today. When the driver "Brian" arrived, i signed my receipt while he simultaneously asked me for his tip! In an office full of people he blatantly disrespected me with his lack of professionalism. Due to his poor etiquette, he did not receive the cash tip I had in my pocket. Super annoying that you all charge $.89 to add cheese to a sandwich. I don't get tomato or mayo, how about you all credit me for that? Penny pinchers probably charge for water too...
