I am writing to commend your employee, Matthew, at your 2305 Sir Barton Way location in Lexington, KY. He was so pleasant and cheerful, despite being the ONLY employee in the building during a lunch rush. Greeting customers, taking orders, cooking, and delivering food to tables with a smile.

My family and I went to this Joella’s on Sunday after church and while we normally love Joella’s, this time was a nightmare. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. They had one teen boy taking orders and delivering food to tables at the same time. When I finally ordered he first asked me if I thought he could throw a piece of paper over his head and it the trash can without looking. All I wanted was to order. I was there for lunch today and got the 3 wing dinner. The wings were so tough I couldn't even pull them apart. I ended up throwing them away. That was $17.00 down the drain.
