So I went to Carino’s for the first time today and I’d have to say that our waiter Jackson went above and beyond for the group I went with. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a good experience at any other restaurant than what I had there. The food was really good and and showed up pretty quick. If anyone hasn’t tried Carino’s you definitely need to go to the one on Sir Barton in Lexington,Ky and hopefully you can experience Jackson and the service he provides.
If ordering through GrubHub make sure to check the accuracy of the order before the driver departs, especially if from out of town. My wife's order was correct but my order of Chicken Marsala and spinach never appeared. All I got was plain spaghetti with tomato sauce (decent enough but not for $35 and not what we ordered). Order also included a chocolate cake (torte?) and cheesecake which were both outstanding. Pepperoni pizza also very good.

Johnny Carino's offers wonderful food with generous portions, including the popular Tuesday Family Platter featuring grilled chicken, bowtie pasta, and asiago cream sauce. The service is attentive and accommodating, with servers ensuring guests' needs are met. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is excellent and world class, with fantastic service. The Chicken Marsala is light and refreshing and the generous portions provide a take home meal. The Fried Ravioli is very good and the Tiramisu is delicious. The efficient service and hot meals make for a very relaxing and enjoyable dinner experience.
