We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. There were 5 of us and we each got something different. Our waitress did a superb job. The food was delicious! We will definitely come back when we are in town.

We were on the side of town where the restaurant is. Very disappointed. We were received by a young lady carrying what it looked like a baby but was a doll. Waited a good 20+mins to get acknowledged by our waitress. While seated looking at the atmosphere, we sat by the kitchen area sie we were aware of all the cooking part..I saw the same young lady carrying still the doll, one of the waitress was walking around with her open purse and small headphones with a very bad taste of clothes choice (lets say skin was hanging out) another of the waitress let the bagged bread fall on the floor and she picked it up and took with her to the table she was going to take care off; I watched ours and did make sure that didn't happen..certainly would have been my very fast way to go out of the restaurant. It was just bad...floors dirty..booth were not even comfortable.Food was good...rushed service and poor attention.I think the place has gone down...too bad.

Wow...has this place taken a nose-dive for the worst. We arrive on a Saturday evening to about 1/4 capacity in the restaurant, yet still had to wait 30 minutes for a table for a party of 2. Odd, but no big deal. We went to take advantage of the advertised daily specials, which they acted as if they had no idea about and seemed annoyed that they were obligated to honor it(literally posted up front). The table was DISGUSTING. So sticky your arms peeled off it. Rude server, never got our drinks after 15 minutes, while we were one of only two occupied tables at the bar area, with a completely empty bar. The vibe, presentation, service...it is embarrassing. We walked out. Used to love this place, now it's nothing but a sad disappointment. New management, staff, training, and sanitation standards are needed badly.

Save your time! We went for an early dinner and after about an hour and some change we finally gave up and left. Our server made up so many excuses as to why our food was Taking so long. At one point he just stopped coming to our table. The atmosphere was very bad there. Chefs didn't have on hair nets. A few servers were dressed like they just rolled out of bed. And the host was rude from jump. She had a bad attitude. We walked in and she was clearly on FaceTime with her boyfriend. We waited for about 5 minutes and finally spoke up that we needed a table please, she rolled her eyes, and took us to a table and when I asked for a Clean table she blew her breath. When we ordered the server said they were out of just about every item we asked for. The lady at the table next to us spoke up and warned us not to order anything fish. When I looked at her plate I seen why it looked awful just plain disgusting. We should have got up then

When we are craving Italian on Monday Johnny Carino's is a go to. They have a great deal of 1/2 off family platters. We love the Grilled Chicken Bowtie Festival but we haven't had a meal we didn't enjoy.

My order was messed up. I spent 94.00 and left a 35.00 tip for messed up food and the Gm sent me only a 50.00 gift card that took over a week for a response because he was on vacation. Sad story I know but, I worked hard for the money to purchase these entrees. It kinda feels like getting spit in the face and told to go away. I don’t want anything extra or free from you’ll but truly owning up to your mistake would have been nice to see, just like it’s nice to see my money when I buy food from you’ll. Stay loyal to your guess Johnny carinos

The food was OUTSTANDING! Service was a bit slow, but to be fair, we had a party of 10 and it was Sunday afternoon.

I don’t recommend you get take or Uber eats from here. Waited 30 minutes and not a single employee helped me. Will be making sure to steer friends away from this

Worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The hostess is bothered and irritated that you would dare choose that restaurant. When she shows you to your table, she throws the menus down on the table with contempt, and then storms off without saying a word. The waitress can’t be bothered with any sort of manners or pleasantries. When she arrives at your table with your food, she just stands there and looks at you, waiting for you to take the plate of food from her. Terrible customer service. Absolutely pathetic. Worst dinning experience of my life.

I had lunch with my sisters today, 2/11. This was not the same quality food as I remember as a kid. Everything lacked flavor. We had the spicy shrimp and chicken, grilled chicken bowtie festival, and the seafood rigatoni alfredo. The bread and oil were the only enjoyable part of the meal, honestly. The portions were not what I would expect for the price.

Average food at best. It's not worth the money they charge. Service was borderline bad. They need to turn the awful music off that they blast in your face! You can't even have a conversation because of it.

Skillitini mostly spaghetti, little meat or sauce. This was the same experience as my friend with same dish but different meat. Needed to ask for more sauce. The meat that was in the dish was tasty. Waitress was great and service was good. Would not recommend this dish regardless of your meat choice.

First thing is we waited 2 hours on door dash to deliver it, when it arrived it was iceCold, made sure I asked for forks and napkins because we were staying in a hotel but we got neither. We ordered Italian nacho with chicken and sausage $18.99 it had one piece of chicken and no sausage with barely any toppings. $13 for stuffed mushrooms, 5 small little mushroom's and they were like rubber, and ordered the Johnny’s comb pasta. $25 and the Chicken parm was burnt black, and I’ve had better pasta from the frozen isle from Walmart. All together it was $62 and 98% of it was feed to my dogs because it was inedible. The owner should be ashamed to put this quality of food out of their restaurant. Will never be back.

We frequently stop here to eat when in town but this time was very disappointing. First, we walk in at 2 pm to be told we would have to wait 45 minutes for a table. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY! We waited but several customers behind us just walked out. One lady said this was the third time this had happened to her and it will be her last! The chicken parm I received was good but not what this location usually prepared. My wife ordered ravioli and said it was the same good meal she usually has there. As far as the fixtures, the booths and tables were showing a great deal of wear and the carpet was ready to be replaced. The restaurant is going from one of our favorites to just so-so!
