Has the Worst service anywhere. 15mins to be seated. 20 mins for drink order. Ranch dressing was chunky and manager stated that it is chunky not sure why but it doesn’t affect the taste. Server brought out a dirty plate looked right at it and walked off. I would find a place with better service and better standards.

Second time visiting, first visit the food was good, this time it wasn’t. Waitress was nice and helpful. Cheese logs were ok, were much better on my last visit a year ago. The wings were not good, bland tasting. Hopefully things will get better.

Running errands this morning I Listened to KSR around 11 am today and Wing Wednesday was discussedI picked up my husband and we arrived just after 12pmMatt was still there but apparently he did not notice that there was no bartender, no hostess or no server in sightWe seated ourselves at the bar and waited a minimum of 15 minutes before any employee could even be seenOther customers had finished eating and were waiting to just pay their check. I find this absolutely unacceptable at lunchtime for people who workThe food was fine, but aside from the wings on special it was incredibly overpricedThis is not the first time we have waited for service at this bar. We will not be going back.

Walked into KS bar on Sunday, 3/10. No one was in there. We waited at least 15 mins at a table right in front of the hostess stand. No one came to our table. Hostess was on her phone not paying attention. There was no manager visible attending to tables. We asked for a server, finally. Our server appears reeking of pot. It was so strong that everyone at our table was appalled. She took the order, sat the food down & then never asked about a refill. My husband stood at the bar & no one paid attention. She finally comes back after 5 mins of him standing there. Wings were good but come on @Matt Jones!! This is not acceptable! $45 for the worst service I’ve ever received & I was a server so I usually tip big. Huge fan of KY sports radio but not recommending KS bar!! If there was a 0 for service option, that’s what was deserved.Do better!!

This was my first trip in my last trip to KSBar. My family and I had gone to the UK gymnastics meet before going out for dinner. When we arrived at the bar there was a sign at the host of Stand that says please wait to be seated. We noticed there was five or six people at the bar. And about four tables with a variety of number of people. After 10 minutes I tried to get the bartender's attention who walked waved and then walked to the back came back out and then started eating a sandwich at the bar they had one server and no hostess. When I tried to get their attention I was ignored. And after waiting an additional 5 more minutes with nobody to help us or seat us. We left! I could not give a review on the food since we did not get a chance to eat. If you're thinking about going to KSBar. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else this place is horrible when it comes to hospitality

The food was amazing, I had a bbq burger, he had a regular dressed cheeseburger. We also enjoyed the wings!! It was our first time there.
Sadly, we sat at the bar. The first place we sat had an oily liquid on the bar, so we moved, no biggie. He got paper towels to clean our 2nd spot at the bar.
The bartender, Rachel, didn't seem to care about anyone except her friends or coworkers gathered at the end of the bar. We flagged her down for our first drinks, again when we wanted to order. She delivered the food, never checked back. We ordered another drink after getting her attention again. No check on how the food was.
While we're still sitting there and I'm needing a carryout box, she starts cleaning the tables around the room that had sat dirty since before we got there, then proceeded to ignore us while entering her previous checks tips 3 feet in front of us.
Once again, the food was AMAZING, just not the bartender. I wouldn't go back unless she wasn't working or we had a different server.

2/5 Monday for lunch... Seated in the very back with a cluster of people with two people on duty. 20+ people in the restaurant. Several TVs weren't working & mops and brooms were visible under barstools which should have given me a clue something was awry. Ordered tea, it was unconsumable. I spoke the waitress about the tea and she took it, went to the service area poured a sip for herself and she had to spit it out in the sink. To remedy it, she poured sugar in the container and poured another glass and served it to me, So basically I have extra sweet swill to drink now, thanks & bless your heart. I also ordered traditional wings and onion wings. Sadly, another fail. Wings came out like last nights leftovers; tough like leather without taste. Onion wings were greasy but passable for subsistence. I have eaten lunch here many times without any complaints & reviewed positively and this visit the servers were working very hard. However after this experience I felt my $20+ lunch could have been spent better elsewhere and with this experience will give me pause when deciding next time.
