Food was delicious, so were the cocktails! Great ambience and venue. Service was a tad slow, but that was the only negative. Would definitely return!
My wife and I were looking forward to tryintg Lockbox at 21c. The space is beautiful and environment is very inviting. However, we were disappointed in our service and food quality. First, my wife ordered very specifically and reinforced she wanted a sauce on the side. The waiter ensured us it would be done. It wasn't. It came out as normal and when asked, we were told, "waiter didn't tell us". I'm not blaming the waiter per se, but honestly if someone is very specific about something, as a waiter I would reinforce the order and check before it makes it to the table. Second, I had ordered the steak frites, which is typically a relatively inexpensive dish but in this case was the most expensive dish on the menu... this led me to believe the quality of the steak and/or fries were something superior or above average. Both were not true, as my steak was gristled and tough (even cooked medium rare, which wasn't incorrect... just the quality of the meat was bad). The fries were overcooked and burnt. Third, we were mostly ignored through dinner service. We had to flag down other waiters and staff walking by to refill water and/or drinks twice. Normally I would take this in stride if the restaurant were extremely busy and packed but it looked to be about half full. Overall, disappointing and would likely not return...
I ordered the BLUE CRAB GNOCCHI and was disappointed. Simply pasta with some blue crab flavoring really had little to no taste. We also ordered the skillet potatoes. They were good & hot, but beware they are very very garlicky! (Yuk) My wife had the seafood fish dish, which was very good and the service was also good.
Delicious. Great vibe. Blue crab gnocchi was delicious. Beet salad was fantastic. Chocolate cheesecake was yummy - not too sweet.
Another great time at brunch- the perfect way to relax on a Sunday. The food and service were outstanding as always.
Food was good and very flavorful. Menu has changed and several brunch items are no longer available, which was disappointing. Brunch fell flat on our expectations.
My group said it was an amazing location for an actual quieter conversation which was so helpful! Thank you all for being amazing and being so on top of things, especially in working with UK.
Friday evening before theater, Shared cornmeal oysters and Shrimp/artichoke/red potatoes. Delicious. Also espresso martini were yummy. Restaurant space has good energy and ambience.

Surprised, the shrimp appetizer was overcooked, dry & chewy, The salad was lacking flavor, and the scallops were boring with the squash veggies raw/undercooked. Very disappointing, service was good, meal lacking. Sorry, but honest review. It was very busy, full, at opening, maybe food was rushed. Wish I had gone elsewhere.
I’ve eaten here before and it was great! Our server was fantastic and I loved the inside! However I called today inquiring about a job and the manager hung up on me WHILE I was talking and refused to pick up my next call because I was unsure if it was a mistake. He was rude the second he answered the phone and honestly made me glad I don’t work there. Couldn’t imagine giving a place like that money ever again.

Appearance and behavior of the servers was sloppy and unprofessional. Baggy jeans, white tank undershirt with an open button down, not well kept. They look like they just came from a dive bar. After telling him that we wanted to take our time, he continued to pester us to remove plates and drinks that weren't finished. The dessert looked like a 5 year old made it. We asked for coffee and it was watered down and lukewarm. At that point I asked for a manager and no one showed, then asked again and stood at reception until he showed up. Honestly, I don't he has any idea what he is doing. They comped our coffee, but he never came to the table to apologize. No second chances for this restaurant.
I wasn't a fan of the fritters, but everything else was superb.

My review on the food and restaurant staff is a 5, however the valet parking was atrocious. There was no one at the valet when I arrived. I had to leave my car on the street to help my handicapped friend to the door. I had to park a couple of blocks away in the public lot. No big deal for me, but others in our party couldn't do that. (If it had been dark I wouldn't have done it.)They waited on valet parking, which we were told was free and available today, for over a half hour and left.
We started with a share board it was fantastic. The biscuits were so good. I opted for the pork belly and Cobia. Both were very good. The venue seating is a bit cramped but manageable. Some tables are for larger groups and have plenty of room. Service was great. Very attentive and had wild dress - like being at a garage. Very interesting. I would definitely return to try some other dishes.
