Me and my wife ate here for the first time yesterday and everything was exceptional! The brisket was amazing and so was the pulled pork! We ordered mac and cheese for our sides and it was very good also. We ended up getting a rack of ribs to go and they were bursting with flavor and falling off the bone. I would highly recommend this place and the service was extremely good!

LX BBQ is some of the best BBQ in Lexington, offering delicious and absolutely exceptional food. The meats are fresh, cooked well, and so flavorful. The brisket is really on point, insanely tender, juicy, and packed with good flavor and smokiness; it is amazing. The pulled pork is juicy and tasty, and the rack of ribs is bursting with flavor and falling off the bone. Popular dishes include the brisket fried rice, which is an unsuspecting hit and amazing.
The sides are just as good as the meat and are top notch. The macaroni & cheese is fantastic and very good, while the beans and potato salad are also delicious. For dessert, the banana pudding is amazing. The signature BBQ sauce has some mustard flairs, and the provided sauces add extra flavor, though the meat is often tasty enough without them.
The staff is the kindest, most welcoming, and friendly. They are the absolute sweetest, providing extremely good service and fostering a nice sense of community. The building feels very intimate and casual. It is a place customers highly recommend for any occasion and will definitely be back to visit.
