We try to go to Malone's whenever visiting Lexington. This is our favorite restaurant in the area. As usual we got the 12 oz filet, baked potato and Lexingtonian salad. Our meal was outstanding and the service was wonderful. I cannot more highly recommend this restaurant.
Chilean sea bass was excellent, comes with a side of dashi, also excellent. Broccoli however was overcooked and mushy. Steak was cooked perfectly, house salad is excellent. Service was good. Manager on duty checked on tables, brought water and was a very personable man. Good atmosphere overall
This restaurant is our go-to place for special celebrations. It's always a great experience - except for one time when we were seated back by the kitchen door. There is too much activity to enjoy a quiet meal. That aside, the good is delicious, service fantastic, and the servers are the best in Lexington!! Go and enjoy - you won't be disappointed.
