TLDR - skip the in-person eating and order online for pick-up since that's their priority now. We love the food here, but haven't been in months since it's pretty far from us. However, next time, we'll just order in advance and take to go because the same thing happened to us this time as last time - we ordered and they basically forgot about us in favor of to go orders. We waited 30 min for 2 sandwhiches and fries, which is silly when we kept seeing bigger...
Been going here for years and my friend use to work here. Went there last week and is was delicious. Great service and food but just very disappointing that the digital tips when you pay don’t go to the employees. Owners get it not the people making your food.
We have been going here once a week for about two months now and was finally happy to have a pizza that tasted like NY Style. Last night for first time we had a problem with our pizza. My wife called and talked with Stephanie the manager who apologized and wanted to make it right. She was outstanding and we will forever be customers here... The staff goes out of there way. Great Job Stephanie and Staff!!!!!!!
