Every time I go I keep thinking it'll get better, but it in fact gets worse. This time they ran out of chips and 6 pm. Well, they had chips but refused to give them to me, explaining it was for online customers only. Who treats virtual customers better than in person customers? I will not be going back.
One of the worst chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. The portions for steak or chicken are absurdly small, I almost burst out laughing when I saw what they gave me. This location desperately needs new management.

It took us 20 minutes to order our food, and there were only a few people ahead of us. There was no one at the register for the first 10 minutes. There was only 1 person on the front line. And people kept taking breaks. It was a mess.
