It took us 20 minutes to order our food, and there were only a few people ahead of us. There was no one at the register for the first 10 minutes. There was only 1 person on the front line. And people kept taking breaks. It was a mess.

Well, they had chips but refused to give them to me, explaining it was for online customers only. Who treats virtual customers better than in person customers? I will not be going back.

This is a really good Chipotle, way better than the Hamburg location. The food is always very good and the portion sizes are consistent. Also it’s clean inside and the drive thru is very convenient.

Rude management, slow service. spent 15 minutes in a line of 4 only to leave without food after being ignored for payment for over 5 minutes as employees were discussing with management how to split the tips up. Will never be back to this location. Looked like chaos was unfolding complete disorganization.

One of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had yet. Placed an order for 9:20, pulled in at 9:15 got to the window at 9:25. Wait there for a moment, get told there’s no white rice that waiting on it would take 15 minutes. Substitute for brown rice and get told to loop around and get in back of line. Do that as told, get to the window again at 9:30, don’t see a soul until 9:45 (could’ve waited for white rice at this point.) the window worker stood and talked the entire time and the line cook was the one who actually bagged our food and gave it to us. Save your time, save your money, save your patience. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I just left Chipotle and I received TERRIBLE service by AMY who is one of the managers. She was argumentative and rude on pricing of a kids build your own taco. I will Not be eating here again.
