I visited McDonald's on the corner of family drive and New circle Road. The service was awful. The customer in front of me was trying to get his order and the person was rude and impolite to them. The service is poor there. The floors were dirty. The area where the fountain drinks was was dirty. I actually took pictures. The people that work there do not know how to speak to you politely. When I tried to explain to the lady that we did not receive our pancake with our big breakfast, she just mumbled and walked out. I didn't know if she was going to get the pancakes or if she was even coming back. She did bring them back. I actually tried to call the phone number that you all have posted to file a complaint, but no one has answered my call or bothered to respond to it. That place is a mess.

This McDonald’s has two drive order spots but yet uses one at a time. Not to mention there will be 2 to 3 minute breaks in between taking orders. This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to all 50 states it’s a damn shame the service at this McDonald’s. Do not go to this one go to the one a few miles down the road.

The first guy had the order right but our coupon didn't apply to the order so he offered the wrong information so the girl took over and she completely put the order in wrong other than the chicken nuggets 6 piece which was cold she charges for water and a Sprite that we didn't get and didn't charge us for the fries and then try to go back and change charges and the guy in the Drive-Thru window was scratching his balls in the Drive-Thru

I pulled up to the menu board at the drive thru at 6:30 pm on 11/21/24 to get something to eat. There was one car sitting at the drive tru window at this time. I preceded to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one even spoke to me or took my order, so I left. No very good for business.

Every time I go in there basically ignored. Don't have a car and they never have a front counter person and nobody will ring me up unless I wait for 30 plus minutes and then they act like it's such an inconvenience. I just quit trying to even eat there
Went through the drive thru today on my 30 minute lunch. Got a 10 pc nugget meal. Get told to pull forward with 2 other cars parked. They both got their food along with 6 other people through the drive thru look at the receipt it’s been 20 minutes still no food. Went inside to get a refund that took 10 minutes. Now late to go back to work WITH NO FOOD AWESOME

The staff is wonderful and great. Food is over priced and seems like smaller portions. Obscenely priced esp for cheap mediocre food. Nearly 20 bucks for 2 small meals. Somehow their milk doesn't have an ounce of protein in it either - not sure it's even milk at this point.

I got here and the line for the drive thru was out to the road. I finally get to the intercom and order two spicy mcchickens, a diet Coke and a regular Coke for me and a friend. I get my food and it's a regular mcchicken, a spicy mcchicken and two regular cokes with almost no ice, so I go inside to correct my order and there's a line to the door, and everyone that got to the counter was complaining their order was wrong.
I decided to go to the soda fountain and get the drinks myself and just deal with the regular mcchicken, but every soda was either just carbonated water or entirely flat.
I eat here regularly since I work nearby and it's easy quick food, but here lately every day there's a new person taking my order, and the entire staff is brand new and seems confused. The quality went from being okay to being awful overnight.
TL;DR: Go to a different McDonald's if you want McDonald's.
