Went through the drive-thru order kids meals looking for specific toys. Upon receiving our order we noticed we did not get the toys we wanted and the little girl at the window went above and beyond to look for the ones we wanted just to realize that they were out.

The cashier at drive thru didn't know how to put my receipt coupon in register. Insisted it was not a valid coupon because it had more than 4 digits. Shew! Been using these coupons for years. Why are the employees not trained properly? At another McDonald's, the cashier nor trainer did not know how to count out 69 cents.

Incapable of efficiently running a tandem drive through, 20 minutes in a “fast” food drive through is pathetic effort on the workers part. Food isn’t fresh. The ONLY good McDonalds in this town is Richmond Road. Save yourself the headache of these incompetent people.

Normally I'm not a McDonald's person but after a pretty bad experience out and about on the town I went to McDonald's with my service dog immediately when I walked in they noticed that we were hot from being outside they gave me a big bowl of water for my service dog and told me that I could sit and take my time and tell me and my service dog cooled off then after a few minutes I was able to order once my service dog had cooled off like I said I'm normally not a McDonald's person but this McDonald's really knows how to treat service dog teams right

Stood at counter for 10 min. Had a girl look at us then clock out, a manager walked by, I had to ask her i they were open. She looked at me like I was stupid. Then seen i was in line, then ask another guy 2 take our order. I then time we were waiting, we watched them mess up at least 6 drive-tru orders. Ppl coming in left and right. This place has gone sooooo far down hill. Not just the food quality but service and attitude.

I visited McDonald's on the corner of family drive and New circle Road. The service was awful. The customer in front of me was trying to get his order and the person was rude and impolite to them. The service is poor there. The floors were dirty. The area where the fountain drinks was was dirty. I actually took pictures. The people that work there do not know how to speak to you politely. When I tried to explain to the lady that we did not receive our pancake with our big breakfast, she just mumbled and walked out. I didn't know if she was going to get the pancakes or if she was even coming back. She did bring them back. I actually tried to call the phone number that you all have posted to file a complaint, but no one has answered my call or bothered to respond to it. That place is a mess.
