The line to check out was extremely long. No one was helping to guide the mostly older people to show them where to go. It was terrible. Costco is so much better and the workers are not rude like Sam’s.
Don’t trust the managers at club 8188 (1063 E New circle rd Lexington Ky)! They’re all liars especially the club manager sierra! Worse management I’ve ever dealt with! If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with any manager at Sam’s Club make sure you’re video recording especially If you’re dealing with Joshua prince.
My older disabled mother was in this store on 3/12/25 and loaded her items on the conveyer belt at 9:54 am. The woman checking her out scanned her card and told her she was not aloud to shop for 6 minutes more minutes. A manager come over and cancelled out the transaction and the two woman removed all items from the conveyer belt and pushed her buggy to the side. By now she only had 2-3 minutes left.
