Parked me for a hash brown didn’t even get the hash brown when they brought my food out. Not the first time they did this they constantly mess up my order. There’s never a time when I walk away first try with my correct order.

They never bother with table service, no matter where you are in the restaurant, so its entirely possible someone won't hear their order.

Just finished up lunch after going through the drive through, ordered a McChicken and a cheeseburger, got two cheeseburgers, and one of them didn’t have the bottom bun. Topping it off, the guy handing me my food reeked of weed when the window opened. Won’t be back, shocker.

I was gonna call the manager, but I said nope, Google needs to know. The two sweet, very pretty young ladies that helped me at drive-thru were awesome. I look for this and appreciate it. They made me smile they will remember me about no pickles because hard to eat with no bottom teeth. Give these girls a raise! It was a great experience.

Whoever the black lady is in the Maroon shirt (I believe she is a manager) is ridiculously RUDE. I asked for bbq and sweet and sour with my nuggets and instead I got sweet and sour honey mustard and it ranch. Then she hands me what I asked for and told me have a good day meanwhile I was never given my drink sitting in the window. She open the window talking bout she trying not to catch a attitude because she got a tooth ache... I don't care nothing about that. Keep your personal issues personal and treat the customers with respect. And they gave me some cold ass fries. Idk which McDonalds is worse Leestown rd or New Circle

The absolute worst Mcdonalds there is anywhere. The Evening crew is a joke. Won't even take your order and as your leaving you can look inside and the employees are standing around with their head up their asses. No thanks. Never again. Pitiful .

I have eaten here multiple times the employees were rude, my order was incorrect, and as i was using the wifi while eating cause it was an outage on Verizon that day so i can check my work orders and emails via WiFi. the employees kept checking in trying to get me to leave, and i was not disturbing anyone. I wasn’t even there that long after i finished my meal. Highly disappointed in this location as i had been going there since i went to BCTC fall of 2011

At what point does incompetence become flat out ROBBERY? - Large Fry was only half full - at least they were FRESH. - For once, they remembered my Ranch but they forgot LITERALLY AN ENTIRE SANDWICH - AGAIN! - The drive through lady had an ugly demeanor (today 10/28/24 about 12:10pm) - definitely not service with a smile. Hate to speak about any individuals specifically, but since my order was wrong, this is relevant.
Over and over again. Between the missing sauces, the missing sandwiches, and general "whoopsies" I've experienced, they've probably taken $30 or $40 from me this year.
Just the universal sauce problem makes this seem like a conspiracy, especially since Chick Fil A doesn't charge $0.50 per packet and neglect to provide the sauce. Every McDonalds in Lexington has the "whoops, forgot the sauce" problem.
I know no one will read this, but what an absolute joke of a place. And I am the fool for coming back... But now Ronald McDonald isn't playing anymore. I'll wait the couple extra minutes at Wendy's from now on...
