Food was amazing, as always. A must stop when in Lexington. Prefer this location due to nostalgia, but they're all equally amazing. Service was wonderful. Very friendly staff. Quick service, but didn't feel rushed. Unfortunately, guests lacking self awareness stood behind the bar, impeding the walk way and leading to awkwardness at our table and others near the bar.

My wife and I visit Lexington two to three times a year and always look forward to Malone's delicious steak dinners. The lexitonian salad is exceptional. Looking forward to our next visit!

I love, love, love Malone's! I definitely would return to try more dishes. The brussel sprouts were amazing and the Lexingtonian salad was to die for. Everyone loved their steak. One person commented Malone's always servers the best steak in town. Service was well-timed and friendly, drinks and wines were affordable and the desserts were wonderful.

Recently ate here for our anniversary, as soon as we arrived for our reservation we were given a card. Received excellent service from Kendall. She was very attentive and we never had to wait too long for anything at all. The food was great, we got the beef carapaccio for an appetizer and it was amazing. Such greta flavors. Steal was cooked perfectly medium rare and had a good char on it. Overall a great experience, great food with great service. What more could you ask for?

There was a few places in the roof which were leaking. We notified the staff when we were standing waiting to be seated and we were told “I know”. There were no buckets or warnings of the water. It was just landing on our heads in random areas we stood. Other than that, we always enjoy Malone‘s and will be back. It was just a little frustrating that there wasn't warning of this and it happened multiple times in multiple areas.

The server told me this was the original location when they started 25 years ago. I had the best steak I have had at any Malones location tonight but I frequent the malones in Louisville KY. Maybe being the original location makes it taste better?

From start to finish, this was an outstanding dining experience for the two of us. Service was prompt and complete, without being intrusive. The food was prepared precisely as requested, and was very high quality. The price was very reasonable for such high quality food and service. We look forward to returning.

Food was outstanding as always! Upper end on the price but it is top quality everything! Best Carpaccio we have ever had! All the steaks and filets were top quality and cooked to perfection. We will be back soon!

From the greeters to the server, Joy, we had a terrific dinner with some friends we had not seen in a while. The Lexingtonian Salad was tasty and terrific. Pessimist wine was tasty and went down way too easy. Joy paced our table well and was attentive without interrupting.

I can't believe I am saying this about Malone's. We have dined at all their restaurants frequently, pretty much since they opened. Never had a problem like this before. The restaurant was so cold we couldn't wait to get out of there. I had to ask for a steak knife 4 times before someone brought me one. Big miscommunication with waiter obviously. I ordered an Apple Walnut salad in place of the Lexingtonian salad. When he brought the Lexingtonian salad, I thought, oh well we will just eat it. Then after he brought out my steak he said the Apple Walnut salad would be out shortly. I replied I didn't want 2 salads. My steak was entered in the computer as medium. I requested medium well. I got no side as he thought the Apple Walnut salad was my side. Very strange for Malone's. Don't know if he was new, or just having an off evening.

Only thing that was kind off putting was the desert, we went for my brother and dads birthday and the came specifically for the chocolate cake. It is huge and I totally understand the price but they should have both gotten a “free” dessert so that should have been deducted from the cake as I understand why that isn't free but to pay full price seems a little unfair

We are huge Malone fans Eat there regularly. In Louisville where we live and in Lexington before or after the UK games. Last night we allowed ourselves more than enough time to enjoy our meal but due to very slow service, and us asking after 1 hour where was our food???? The server came back and told us it was a good thing we had asked because the kitchen had lost our ticket???? When it did come we were having to swallow it whole to try to get to the game! It was just a cluster!

Our server Hayden was excellent. His assistant Emily was fantastic as well! He was very patient with us and took his time. His personality is one that every server should look up too. Food and drinks were 20/10. Highly recommended this location!

Food was fantastic and service was great as well. It was beyond freezing in there, though; we heard multiple people comment on it to staff during our visit. Overall would recommend but be aware re: the temperature.

The crab rangoon roll was AMAZING it was the best sushi I've ever had my boyfriend absolutely loved the steak and the service was great I believe our server's name was Chase and he was on top of everything the whole time 11/10 recommend
