Molly B's is that place you go when you want to not think about if you are in a bar or not. It is very much a bar. Is there some kind of term for the kind of liminal space that doesn't register anything in your brain.I genuinely don't have much to say about this place, but give it a try, I guess.
Went looking for a relaxed bar with character. This fit. The drinks are cheap, pint of beer is $5. The bartenders are chill. Seating is a little limited, but it’s a small place. The decor is typical and classic Irish-American.

Molly Brooke's is a cool Irish Pub to visit in downtown Lexington. The atmosphere is the usual distressed wood type place. When visiting it was happy hour and not very busy. Not many seats so anticipate they are a standing room type establishment. The bartender was very nice and helped us remember a place that existed in Lexington from 30 years ago by calling his mother.
