If you have no reason to go to The Mousetrap, go to get their Original Pimento Cheese spread. Its amazing, the perfect blend of flavors! A touch garlic forward makes it a winner, especially when compared to the bland goop that many other businesses sell. We found that it not only could be eaten chilled as is typical but also was terrific as a savory cheesy topping when melted on bread in the broiler. We visited in mid afternoon, and the store was not busy. We ordered sandwiches and sides. The staff was nice, however they were out of several breads and other items. We enjoyed our food, and we plan to return. Hope they restock
I had 1/2 a tuna sandwich and a bowl of potato leek soup. Both were delicious but the sandwich was rather on the small side. The service was very professional and courteous!
