Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, easy parking. They are maintaining the food quality and choice, a rare thing in American franchise eaterys. Good salads and soups. Will go back again. Bon Appetit.
They were understaffed and there was a wait. They made a mistake on the order, I told them not to worry about it. The mix up just gave me a different salad and I could eat it just the same, it was no big deal. The manager still took the time out to come apologize and give me another salad. Over the top service even though they were swamped.
Always ordering in and should be sharing more if what we eat. Newk's I ended up going with the steak sandwich. Pretty good. Added A-1 to it at the house. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their entre. That's to everyone at Newk's for making it a positive experience.
