I had not been to Ol' Hookers since 2020. Same owner, same bartender, new vibe - in a great way. The night I was there, several DJs were spinning and the whole place was dancing. I don't recall the atmosphere being that lively before. Drinks are strong and reasonably priced. Won't be another 5 years before I return for sure.

This was the first place I found to have a drink in Lexington after I moved there last year. I knew when I walked in that I had found my go-to place. I had never been here before and had to duck in to evade a guy that had catcalled and followed me for three blocks. Joe and Billy immediately stepped in and sent the guy on his way; they were super sweet and understanding. Joe grabbed me a water and Billy walked and chatted with me the rest of the way to my apartment. 10/10 service, I’ll be back to be an actual patron and leave a real review soon.
