Last night (10/10/2025) was my first night out on the town. I don’t drink alcohol, I just had water. Your bartender, gave me NO SHAME for being out at a gay bar and not drinking alcohol, which I am so thankful for. OleHookers is an AMAZING hole-in-the-wall gay bar, small, but a really great place. I will definitely be coming back.

I had not been to Ol' Hookers since 2020. Same owner, same bartender, new vibe - in a great way. The night I was there, several DJs were spinning and the whole place was dancing. I don't recall the atmosphere being that lively before. Drinks are strong and reasonably priced. Won't be another 5 years before I return for sure.

This was the first place I found to have a drink in Lexington after I moved there last year. I knew when I walked in that I had found my go-to place. I came for the karaoke on Mondays and for a drink that first Monday night last June. I haven’t missed many Mondays since.
