Had this food truck for the first time today, and WOW. The shredded beef is beyond words. I got a taco salad, and it’s definitely one of the best meals I’ve had recently!! Following the page now so I can get it again!

I asked Olmeda's to cater for about 35 faculty, staff, and students in January 2025. We had burrito boxes and salads, and the patrons raved about them. The burritos were HUGE and more than enough for a meal and then some. They were easy to work with over email and phone, and I was able to pay by credit card on the day of delivery. They were on time and friendly, and I would most definitely use them again!

Just had a chicken taco salad for lunch and OMGOOSH they have THE BEST flavors. The line rice (chef kiss). 10 out of 10 recommend.

Ordered the Street Tacos with chicken and loved them. They have their truck at the Lexington Soccer SC matches at Georgetown College's Toyota Stadium. Very nice gentlemen.I think the two different hot sauces that come with the tacos are really good—fresh and full of flavor. Definitely try both on your taco with a squeeze of the lime.I would say that they could serve the food a lot hotter. The meat on my tacos was a bit room temperature, though, I definitely did NOT get sick or anything.Cost me not a lot for the three tacos and a Diet Coke bottle--like $12.

Delicious! The chicken quesadilla is bomb. The green salsa was really good and the right amount of spicy. We got four different kinds of tacos and they were all delicious. We'll definitely be back.
