Panera Bread has a great team of staff, particularly Esther, who provides excellent customer service. However, the restaurant's tables are old and worn out, making them difficult to clean. The food can be hit or miss, with some dishes, like the salads, being overpriced and of poor quality. Orders can also take a while to fulfill, even with sufficient staff.
