Panera Bread has a friendly team of staff, especially Esther, who provides excellent customer service. The restaurant's tables are old and worn out, making them difficult to clean. The food can be hit or miss, with some dishes, like the salads, being overpriced and of poor quality. However, the food, such as the chicken noodle soup and chicken bacon rancher, is often delicious and flavorful, with some customers even saying it tastes like homemade. Orders can sometimes take a while to fulfill, even with enough staff, but the staff, including Ted, go above and beyond to ensure accuracy and quality. The employees are friendly, personable, and attentive, making for a generally good experience.
