Something is seriously off with this location. Multiple DoorDash orders come through with missing tips, even when customers say they tipped. No other restaurant in the area has this issue. Whatever they’re doing with their ordering system feels shady, and I avoid pickups here now. Fix it.

Both pizzas where all sauce very little cheese and small amount of toppings Shorted out of one of my garlic butters I paid extra for . Expect better from a $45 order Leestown rd location. Has been poor quality every time I’ve been brought food from this location. We prefer Bryan station rd

Papa John's pizza guy had a fiasco delivering my pizza. I was so furious it brought me to tears! I naturally reported my disappointment to their customer support. I received a phone call today from their manager. He explained to me they had a full day with unexpected orders/larger than normal. He was very nice and I was reimbursed by giving me store credit for how much I spent/lost on my order from the other day. It made my day.
I also would like to add that Papa John's has the best bread sticks. I don't think you can get plain bread sticks at any other pizza establishment in Lexington Kentucky either.
One of the few pizza places we don’t go and get messed up food or service. I had an order from another location that got fouled up and the manager went out of his way to call hand handle the situation. Definitely recommend ?
