Papa John's pizza guy had a fiasco delivering my pizza. I was so furious it brought me to tears! I naturally reported my disappointment to their customer support. I received a phone call today from their manager. He explained to me they had a full day with unexpected orders/larger than normal. He was very nice and I was reimbursed by giving me store credit for how much I spent/lost on my order from the other day. It made my day.
I also would like to add that Papa John's has the best bread sticks. I don't think you can get plain bread sticks at any other pizza establishment in Lexington Kentucky either.
One of the few pizza places we don’t go and get messed up food or service. I had an order from another location that got fouled up and the manager went out of his way to call hand handle the situation. Definitely recommend ?

Made an order through the app. somehow the delivery address was messed up and I didn’t catch the error until it was out for delivery. Made a call to the store where the manager took care of the issue and got my order out in a timely manner. Thanks Again for your help!

My number 1 papa jhons location. Always on time, has great deals, everything is always on point!! Everyone that works there is very nice and pleasant!! My family and I order there atleast once or twice a month the pizza is always great ? Thank you!!! ?
Man this one star is too high, but I had to leave something. Inexcusable to charge for a simple delivery and it takes you over an hour to deliver from the text message saying it was picked up. If you are going to use DOOR Dash instead of paying your actual employees you should still be on time. The attention to details for the customers are going to be the death of this place. Never again will I give a dime to this establishment.

Skimp on their toppings. Don’t waste your money requesting extra cheese, you’ll still get regular cheese. Employees need to be better trained on how to make a pizza. Toppings not evenly distributed. Etc.
