No ice. None. And still charged us full price for warm sodas and hot tea..... Would not even begin to think about comping our drinks..... What!?!? Should have told us up front and we would have went elsewhere.

We received our sandwiches pretty quickly. But we didn't receive our fries until we were completely finished with the sandwiches.

The worst experience we've had at any PS

Absolutely disgusting experience at Penn Station in Lexington. The entire restaurant felt filthy. Everything had a greasy film on it, including the pay machine. The food tasted terrible, like the grill hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Honestly, I should have looked behind the counter before ever putting the food in my mouth. Neither my husband nor I could even finish our sandwiches because they tasted so bad, and he normally eats everything.

This location absolutely does not deserve a 4.4 rating. It needs a deep cleaning, proper management oversight, and serious retraining. The one positive was the girl who took and handed us our order. She was very sweet and clearly not the issue. This is 100% a management problem.

I didn’t give this location 5 stars because they are consistently out of fries. If you come an hour before they close it’s hit or miss on the fries. I feel like if you stay open until 9pm you should serve food up to that point and not turn your fryer off at 8 PM.

I went to the Todd’s Rd location with my daughter and my elderly mother and when we got our food one order of fries was missing, so no big deal I just go up to the counter to let William know and get the fries well he wants to be beyond rude and argue me down that I didn’t pay for a third fry and has me pay for another fry then I go back and get my previous receipt and show him and instead of apologizing he just walks off!!!! So the manager Christian was at another Penn Station location do I had to call him at the other store to report this guy being so rude…still didn’t get an apology!!!

Scam alert ...Online ordering on Penn Stations website charges you double for a drink.

It’s a Penn Station. Probably better than most. What more do you want?

I’ve travelled all over the United States (43 different states), tried many types of foods, and this Penn Station near downtown Lexington on South Broadway is still my favorite restaraunt. Every sandwhich goes hard, but in particular does the Cheesesteak, Italian, and Club. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered online my sandwich was ready when I got there. The sandwich was great. But unfortunately my fries were cold. The parking is very limited.
