I've only come here once. It was pouring rain and chilly as all get out but I was really happy. The employees were kind and the service was quick. The freshness of the food is a remarkable plus.

I don't know about their other sandwiches, but the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was small, bland, and underwhelming and at best. I'll probably try something else on the menu in the future, but I won't go out of my way to do so.

Went to Penn Station on South Broadway and it was the fastest service I’ve ever had, my sandwich was out in less than 5 minutes!! I got a cheesesteak and it looks heavenly! Thanks so much to the general manager Spencer for making me such a great sandwich!! Will definitely be back.

An excellent example of Penn Station. Years ago this location was sub par... in the last 10 visits here, they have performed excellent.Parking: Parking is somewhat cramped... if picking up for takeout i generally park on the street.

The 2 young people working Sunday night are AMAZING. They are hard working and have excellent customer service skills. The food was outstanding! Big fan!!

Walk in, they're playing some kind of metal music way too loud and I'm not old nor was I hungover.Took forever for our food, I heard them complaining the whole time about someone missing so That's probably the reason the food took a while, I get that.Worst part was that this is my $7 sandwich... I think they forgot the meat.

One of the better managed Penn Stations. Been going here for years and the food is always consistently good. The employees are very friendly. If you are craving a greasy cheese steak with good fries then this is the spot.

The lady who made my teriyaki chicken sub y'day at 1230 ...??

Phoned an order in and showed up 5 minutes later than told, then 15 minutes and no food! The cashier said "Can't you see we're short-staffed?" Yeah, you were. But that does not account for the number of people who walked in, ordered, and were served before me. I asked for a manager and there was a lot of murmuring behind the counter but no one came forward. Five minutes later I asked again and the cashier said "I told her". Great. Never again.
