I've ordered from here a few times but at this point I will not be ordering from this location again. I placed an online order and never got it. I had to go to the store to see what was going on with my order only to find out that there was ONE PERSON working. No wonder he couldn't answer the phone, he was drowning in orders and it was obvious that he was just overwhelmed at that point. I refuse to do business with a location that does this to their employees.

They never get the order right. The pizza always comes cold or burnt and it takes for ever to get a phone call to go through then their phone cuts off while on hold.

We end with soggy crust about 25% of the time.It's small, takeout and delivery only. If you need a larger order, especially pan crust, you need to call the day before so they will have crust available. We had to order from a different location for a 6-pizza order. It happened once on a single, but it was the very end of the night and they called me within 5 minutes of my online order.Their app is kind of flakey, although that is not a ding on this particular location.

Just placed an order for 2 large pizzas at 9:30 on a Friday night. Received a call 15 minutes after placing my order that they were out of large pizza dough. Fail. Avoid this restaurant.

I placed my order online for a stuffed crust pizza, I noticed that I missed two phone calls from them, I call them back twice with no answer. My order is delivered on time, but it is not what I ordered. I call the store and the manager never gets on the phone with me, I can hear her in the background, but she does not get on the phone, talking about we will refund you a dollar. Could they not communicate with me via email or left a voicemail ? I would have canceled the order. I will not be ordering from them again. I am sorry that I bothered you while you were working.

Tried to order via phone call. The girl taking my call ("Kristen"?) then asks for my phone number and I tell her to wait a second. NOT BUT 3 SECONDS LATER SHE HANGS UP. Wtf kind of service is that where I'm going to give you money for a pizza and you hang up?? I'd give this place a 0 if I could because tbh the pizza is not good either. They NEVER give me the right amount of sauce and delivery can take over 2 HOURS... W T F????? So yeah, much better pizza huts in the Lexington metro to order from. Period.
Worst pizza hut pizza I ever had. First time customer to Boston road pizza hut. Pizza was cold. Almost no cheese. Like eating cardboard. Did not finish the pizza. Threw it out. Ordered thin crust onion and mushroom with all the standard recommended favorite settings. Also had some boneless wings which were more edible than the pizza. Loaded with breading and about 2 bites each(SMALL) but tasted ok and were still warm. I think I'll try the pizza hut on Harrisburg rd. I used to frequent pizza hut alot in chicago but still looking for a good value pizza here in Lexington.

Ordered two Pizza's. THEY MESSED up BOTH of them.. and then when I called to tell them they could only give a “$5†credit. After talking to the first person she said she was gonna remake them. & then I had someone else call me back about 15 mins later & tell me about the credit. So wont order from here again!
