We saw this place recommended online and decided to stop in late in the evening (8ish). They took our order fast and had it out crazy fast too. They had a wide selection of meats and sides and sauces. Everything was flavorful on its own without sauce, but their sauce selection was really tasty and rounded out the base seasoning really well. A lot people mentioned this place to me and I believe they over sold it. I had high expectations. Seems that it wasn't fair considering someone that has tasted Texas Barbecue for 20+ years. Overall great experience, Great atmosphere, food was different, good flavor in the jalapeno sausage, good prices, and I loved the service energy towards the customers. Delicious authentic BBQ, generous portions and multiple choices of sauces to add at the table: Kentucky Small Batch (my fave), Memphis Sweet, NC vinegar based, Texas, etc. Homey local atmosphere. Only downside is the popularity of the place. They do so much takeout and delivery, it can be a very long wait to get your food if you want to dine in.
