Second time here. First time I sat at the bar and had a lovely bartender. She was nice and attentive.
Second time, I sat at the bar and the bartender seemed to be all over the place. I had a few happy hour drinks. Then a cup of clam chowder which came out with a heap of bacon on top. Bacon? Then I ordered the Mahi Mahi. While waiting, the bartender asked if I wanted another drink, or just the check.... I hadn't even gotten my food.
Then the food came out. The Mahi Mahi was bone dry and not even warm. The 3 stalks of asparagus where cold and chewy. The corn was decent. I didnt eat Mahi Mahi. When the bartender asked how it was I said that it was severely overcooked and chewy like cardboard. He basically told me if I had gotten the other Mahi dish, it would have been much better.
Then came the check. Bartender never offered anything to fix the Mahi Mahi issue. He never even spoke to a manager. I paid for the full meal. And he charged me regular prices for the happy hour drinks. I was so frustrated at that point that I just paid and left. I won't be back for food. And I won't be back for drinks with that bartender.

Had dinner there last night with friend. I have to say we will definitely be going back, food was fantastic. Everyone in our group of four LOVED their food. I had the bourbon salmon with garlic whipped mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The food was cooked perfectly.

Food was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However the tall man standing the at the front greeting people was very rude to us when we walked in. My husband asked for a table and he completely ignored him and put us in a booth as he grumbled something under his breath. As we were leaving he didn't say anything at all. Not have a nice night, thanks for coming, absolutely nothing, but as we were sitting there eating we saw him being very nice to everyone else as he greeted people and smiling and helping others. I feel like when I walk into a restaurant I want to see a kind smile that is willing to help.

Third time's a charm right? Actually this was my fourth time coming here. The last time I came here I waited at the host desk and no one came to ever greet or seat me so I left.

I sat at the bar again since I was by myself. ~10 minutes to get a menu and service and that's only because the guy beside me asked the bus boy to get a bartender over here.

The lady working the bar, to her credit, was hustling, but frazzled.

I was told the salad I ordered would be coming out soon...was just waiting on a torch in the kitchen? Not sure why a torch was needed to make a salad.

Lady across from me got the wrong salad and she never got any silverware. I had to scavenge some for her.

Very similar experience to the other two times I are here.

Lack of staff? Lack of training? Lack of management? I'm not sure but the owners and GM of this location need to get a handle on things. There's potential, but it'been this way for at least months since I think the last time I ate here was in the spring.

I've been to this location several times! The food and service are always great, but one thing that really takes away from the experience is that as the sun sets, it shines straight into the windows and is blinding. I can't understand why blinds haven't been put up. I've personally had this happen twice.

We were in town for the afternoon decided to stop for lunch, definitely disappointed. We started with the Nachos which were cold, queso everything just cold. We sent them back got the bread instead, it was ok. I ordered French Onion Soup as there was a specials menu on the table which had it. Everyone got their food and the server comes and says oh yeah they didnt tell me we didnt have, sooo I just didnt eat. The burger I was told from a 15 year old at our table was good. My mom got the Caribbean crab sandwhich and did not like it at all. I did get the fried ice cream and PLEASE rename this. This is not a fried ice cream its ice cream on a fried tortilla, please google what a fried ice cream actually is. I was overall disappointed, the server was nice but this wont be a spot we will visit again.

Walked in. Not welcoming at all. Got seated. Watched servers walk by. Set up the table right next to us and never acknowledged our existence. No drink order either. After over 20 minutes of watching parties larger than us 2 get seated and taken care of we decided to walk out. This place is a joke. I would give a zero if I could. For the prices they charge you would think they would be more attentive.

Traveling and passing through the area at lunch time. We had our camper so we were looking for somewhere we could stop and park. We used the side parking lot of the hotel. We were seated by a friendly woman right away. The waitress immediately came out and she was also friendly and attentive. My husband got the steak sandwich and I got the southwest chicken wrap with SW corn. We got the jalapeño poppers as an app. They were really good. My wrap was good, but the tortilla was a bit hard. The corn was not good at all, just tasted like burnt corn with no seasoning. I guess I was expecting more like elotes corn. My husband said his sandwich was ok. He was expecting more beef on it for the price, it was a real thin sandwich. The prices were not bad overall. $45 for 2 of us with 2 sodas and 2 meals. It was a really nice and clean establishment.

The overall experience wasn’t anywhere close to good. The place seemed busy on a Wednesday night at 7:00, yet lots of people were waiting with lots of empty tables. So … We sat at the bar. The bar was full, but there was only one bartender that had no help (for a huge bar and servers.) She really tried hard. We felt sorry for her for having no help, but it still translated into an exhausting wait for everything. The place was extremely understaffed and obviously mismanaged. The food was pretty good, but wouldn’t consider returning. In response to the reply on my review by the manager … There was only ONE bartender at the bar for the entire two hours we sat there. She was overwhelmed the entire time. Eventually, there was a man come help with the glasses and dishes that stacked up. He was nice and he worked hard. But I have sat at too many restaurant bars and I know their roles, and I know how to count.
