Shake Shack Lexington

We went to Shake Shack not really expecting much. We all got burgers and they were some of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted.So pleased with the customizing on the screens OVR 5 star.

Unfortunately it was disappointing. Fries tasted like burnt oil. Buns of burgers were soaked. Place was PACKED so prob quality control wasn’t a priority.

Definitely not worth the $80 dollars to feed 3 people. Me & Hubby wanted to try the Truffle Burger it was just okay. The fries you can get better at McDonald's. Atleast I can say I tried the establishment. 1st & last time... it's not giving. 5guys is a little cheaper and better fries

Overpriced. Nobody working register so could not pay with cash. Nowhere to sit to eat.

This veggie burger was truly amazing!! Hot and fresh ? I gotta backtrack on me saying Culver’s had the best veggie burger that I’ve tried. You guys definitely take the cake ? ?. Bathrooms were also very clean.

I have been here multiple times and I am sick of asking for a well-done burger while constantly being served a pink, cool center burger that they add a well done sticker to. Eat here at your own risk

We have visited shake shack several times and always ask for our burgers to be well done and they never are! We have returned to the counter every time we have visited to have a well done burger. Today we ordered take out and selected the burgers to be well done and were hopeful. But of course one out of the two burgers were not well done. I hate to say we will never be back because I lobe the shroom burger but the burgers need to be well done as asked!

This spot was amazing from the burger, fries and Oreo shake. Big score and definitely coming back!

The employees that work here seem to all be under unison with the way they treat customers. Zero customer service or care about customers. Waited 15 minutes for a lemonade. The female workers also have serious attitude problems.

The hotdogs couldn't be eaten because it was like rubber. The burger itself tasted ok but the cheese tastes like plastic. Cheese on my fries was even worse.

Kitchen floor in plain sight was unsanitary and looked disgusting. Patio Tables not clean.

The service is excellent the food is always perfect! Best Mushroom Swiss burger in Lexington and the Cheese Fries so good!
Lots of fun stuff outside to help keep the kids (or yourself) occupied

We have tatsed it for the very first time and it was awful , orderd chicken bites but it was oily bites,
Not at all tasty ,
Burger was ok and fries are soggy
Very disappointing.
