Shake Shack Lexington

Went in at about two thirty , just a few people eating , all the tables were dirty except for one , we sat down at a table and the man behind us was conducting his business rather loudly on his computer Skype meeting with several people … the whole time we were eating .. we noticed he had a hat on with shake shack on it .. I asked an employee if he was the owner , she said no , he’s the General Manager… wow .. we could barely carry on a conversation because he was so loud … and you would think he would have been concerned about all the dirty tables and customer service .. also I think conducting business in a office would have been more appropriate , the food was good though .

Very good hamburger, enjoyed a cold beer and onion rings with some good taste and sauce. Restroom did need some attention very dirty toilet was stopped up. A great place to meet up with friends I have conversation no specialist to be found here. Hamburger fries and drink for two pushing 50 bucks. It’s a bougie place but what you expect with the shops around in the shopping center. Don’t expect to save money by shopping here. It’s all about the atmosphere

Management should be ashamed of this restaurant. EVERY surface is FILTHY. From the front door, the self order screen, the bathroom, the tables. Just GROSS. The food - A ok. But geez everything else is SO unappealing.

Food is absolutely delicious, but bring digital money. There's a kiosk and it doesn't take cash. The music is a tiny bit loud, otherwise, atmosphere is pretty nice. They've got an outdoor area with seating and bean bag toss, it's pretty fun place.

Above average burger faire .... But it still a burger. $30 for in essence a fast food lunch is a bit much

We’ve been to many Shake Shack’s, and although a lot of them are very, very crowded we are grateful for this being less so. Food is arrives in a timely manner, and the staff is always very nice.

Cheeseburger was overcooked and poor quality. Shake had a chalky taste. Parking was difficult. Not going back again.

I always enjoy shake shack however most recently they introduced the Dubai chocolate shake and I've had it twice and it's supposed to have a pistachio paste in it but you cannot taste any pistachio flavoring whatsoever for $10 I would think that you'd be able to taste it I think they need to adjust the recipe It tastes like katafi and a vanilla milkshake.

They have kiosk to order from. No one greets you when you walk in and when you get your food they say your name and leave bag at counter and walk away. A guy eating told me how to use the fountain machine. That's right had to have help with getting a drink because you have to scan a code from receipt to get your drink. Food was decent but not like it use to be.
