Shake Shack Lexington

The wait to get our food let alone our drinks took 35 mins. We ended up getting a refund because at minimum our drinks should have been given to us. The drinks sat behind the counter getting watered down. The price for everything too was very expensive for what you get. Not only that, the bathroom was very dark and the trash was spilling over onto the floor. Not a very clean place or friendly staff.

Do not place a mobile order if you are at the store. 15 families got their food before me that I watched place their order in store after I had place my mobile order. I waited over 35 minutes in store.

Great food great service amazing shakes the food was so good best burger I’ve ever had and the staff was so kind and very helpful and friendly I recommend this place to anyone especially because they also offer a vegetarian option on their menu

Great cheeseburgers, always crispy fries and a fine place to relax and enjoy a reasonably priced meal. Full disclosure - I was the first online order when they originally opened, and walked right past the other folks. Yay me!

Food was nice and fast.

I like Shake Shake. In this time, I chose the K-style food.

The burger has soy-souce flavor and it matches well with the meat. The fried onion is the best choice.

The chicken is similar with Korean Gochujang. It is good, spicy and sweet.

The fries with K-seasoning is reminded me of the sauce in Korean ramen. It's already popular in Korea.

Yes, the prices are elevated. That is because these burgers might very well be the best burgers that you have ever eaten! I really loved my French onion burger… I didn’t think that it would work as well as it did, but it was amazing!
The space outside was excellent for playing giant connect for while the food was cooking.

My order was wrong. I ordered to go food. There were 2 burgers that I ordered that were not prepared the way I requested. And I ordered the chicken bites and they were left out of my order completely. I'm also highly disappointed that I didn't realize it until I was all the way home and when I called the business number, there is nobody to verbally speak with. It send you directly to a voice message stating a manager will reach out to You within 24 hours. Highly overpriced and definitely not worth it. My order was $57. At lease the order could have been prepared correctly and I should have received all my food, not have missing items. Probably will never return here to this establishment.

Went in at about two thirty , just a few people eating , all the tables were dirty except for one , we sat down at a table and the man behind us was conducting his business rather loudly on his computer Skype meeting with several people … the whole time we were eating .. we noticed he had a hat on with shake shack on it .. I asked an employee if he was the owner , she said no , he’s the General Manager… wow .. we could barely carry on a conversation because he was so loud … and you would think he would have been concerned about all the dirty tables and customer service .. also I think conducting business in a office would have been more appropriate , the food was good though .

Very good hamburger, enjoyed a cold beer and onion rings with some good taste and sauce. Restroom did need some attention very dirty toilet was stopped up. A great place to meet up with friends I have conversation no specialist to be found here. Hamburger fries and drink for two pushing 50 bucks. It’s a bougie place but what you expect with the shops around in the shopping center. Don’t expect to save money by shopping here. It’s all about the atmosphere
