We ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza with some cheese bread. Pizza was ON but the garlic cheese bread was garlic bread that you get from Walmart, with shredded cheese on it. The appetizers prices were expensive, ended up not getting one of those.

The woman claims to be the manager said she was too busy to make my order placed on eat street. I had to call eatstreet to reimburse my money. While I was on the phone I witnessed the woman just standing there talking to guest and not doing anything.

I love this spot. Best pizza in Lexington by far. I used to get it alone at midnight on my birthday every year until my best friend started coming with me. I love him very much and he does more for me than I could ever thank him for. Sir Pizza also makes me think of my mother, to whom I owe everything to. I don't feel like I deserve her sometimes. Anyway, the service here is incredible. The employees are so kind no matter the time of night and I am always thankful for their grace.

Stay away from South Broadway! Old people that has no clue. Waited over an hour and watched these confused old people struggle with the phone orders. To boxes of already placed pizza's in them get lost and turn cold. Update your computer system and hire young people that will get the product out the door before ice crystals starts forming. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!!

Took 2 hours to get my pizza that was cold. I sat in the waiting area for almost 40 minutes while my pizza which was already done sat on the shelf.The older lady was blindly unorganized and didn't have a clue about how to handle all the customers calling in and sitting the the waiting area.I've never seen such disorder and confusion at a popular pizza chain. And the older men working there were clueless too!You guys need someone to step in and teach you a better system. Many pizzas were ready but they were looked over by the unorganized lady.
