Slim Chickens is a new addition to the array of Chicken Houses in town. The Buffalo Wrap and Chicken tenders were excellent, with the sauces being a highlight. The atmosphere is clean and simple, but the service from the crew was top-notch. The cayenne ranch and Slim sauce may not be for everyone, but the Parmesan garlic sauce was a favorite. The Texas toast stole the show with its real butter and garlic flavor. Health care employees get a discount, making it a popular spot for lunch, especially with the hot and moist fried chicken sandwich and friendly staff. Despite being busy, finding a seat inside is not a long wait, and the quality of the food is impressive, surpassing other nearby chicken and sandwich joints. A definite go-to spot for chicken lovers.
