I called for my W2s.A lady picks up and I say that I need my w2s.The lady says “if you worked here you would have gotten them in the mail”I tell her that I changed addresses so I need a copy for my taxes.She tells me that I need to contact the store owner…I say… “who is the store owner”She told me “if you actually worked here you would know that his name is jamie jones”…I worked there a year ago…I say… how do i contact jamie jones…She says…. “If you actually worked here you would have his number saved in your phone”WHAT????I say… do you understand that it has been a year… people change phones… people…. Unadd contacts that appear as… “jamie” or something else could have happened. I tell her this and she says “I cant help you” then hangs up…I call back…Im persistent…A man picks up.I say “a woman that works here was very rude”He says “sir we do not have your w2s on file”Think here real hard.Okay…I said…“Sir, I have no given my name to anyone yet…”We go back and forth and then im like “imma need to speak to someone higher up in the chain of command?” he tells me okay and acts as if hes going to go find someone.He sits the phone down and not even 20 seconds later i hear him pick it up and hang it up?I call back again cuz im baffled and then someone picks up and before i could even say anything she says that I need to call corporate, then I call back cuz im baffled at how rude they are and I get blocked.When I worked there the owner of the store cussed at me and said that Im pathetic for working at sonic at 20 years old(i just moved to the city with my ex and we needed a job together)Ironic cuz hes about to be 60… i only know because after he belittled me in front of the entire store I asked him and he told me that he was in his 50s… Jamie Jones…

I ordered online for pickup and food was ready at the quoted time. The service was very friendly. However, I paid an extra $3 to get mozzarella sticks instead of a standard side and they didn’t give me marinara. I personally don’t eat cheese sticks without marinara so I wasted my money. I had the Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger and would not get it again. I am a big fan of garlic but the garlic was overpowering so I couldn’t taste anything else. Sonic usually has good burgers so that was a shame I couldn’t taste the flavor of the meat.

All I wanted was to eat some decent food after a very long and awful day me and my wife order 2 burgers and fries we get home and start to eat after maybe 5 or 6 min my wife spits out her food and runs to the bathroom I'm confused asking what's wrong she Proceeds to tell me that HER FOOD TASTE LIKE HUMAN FECES NOT AWFUL LIKE ACTUAL FECES this was the most awful thing I have ever Experience and WILL NOT BE GOING TO ANY SONIC AGAIN

Completely Unacceptable Service from what appeared to be the manager there Went to pickup my doordash and also to order a drink for myself due to it being a long day of work. Said I can either get the doordash or get my own order. Then came back through the drive thru to order my own drink and denied service and Told me how to do my job “GO TAKE THE DOORDASH YOU CANT ORDER FOR YOURSELF”. Very Rude and not in his authority

Stopped for food after an awesome concert at Rupp and had a great experience. It was late (they were switching to drive-thru only) and the staff were still very nice & friendly, did not make us feel as though we needed to hurry. The food was great and I would definitely recommend to everyone ??
