I placed my mobile order at the Richmond Road location before leaving my house this morning, estimated time for it to be ready was 6:55. Walk in at 6:58 and it hadn’t even been started. I had to leave at 7:06 to get to work and left without my coffee.
For me, the point of mobile order is so that it will be ready when I get there. Otherwise, I’d just sit in my car in the drive-thru. I will not be back to this location.
