On my way back to Chicago I stopped at this location just to get simple coffee latte with cinnamon powder. Instead powder she charge me for dolce syrup. I paid with phone and realize what she charge me for. Told her I want cinnamon powder NOT syrup and she said is the same thing. So, I ask, sense when you charge for powder? Whatever. She made another order-correct order with cinnamon powder this time. Waiting for my coffee I checked if I was charged correct amount and I found out I was charge twice but only first charge showed what was for. Ask her why she charge me twice and ask for refund and the PROBLEM start! Ask for a manager to fixed that issue and he gave me HUGE attitude to go back to line. I got mad, so I asked to cancel the order and give me my money back. He-the manager ONLY did refund for the first charge and said "call the customer service for the second charge! Imagine!!! And with sarcasm said "have a nice day". And I only stop to get a simple Latte. Starbucks, you pay Big bucks and they treat people with no Respect at all!!!

Normally I would give a better rating however tonight we sat in the drive thru for over 20 min and then when we got the window our drinks were still not done! Very slow and didn’t even apologize for the slow wait!

Worst service ever. The barista told guests waiting for drinks inside it would be a 20+ minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes with still no drink, I watched a truck drive up, order, get his drink and be gone in 6 minutes. 52 minutes to get my drink. This is NOT a coffee shop. The business is run like a drive up
