Let me start off by saying it seemed semi-busy but just normal pace for a Starbucks. This crew was very disorganized and didn’t seem to work together everyone was stepping over each other. I watched one gentleman put a cheese danish in the oven the alarm went off for several seconds and they pulled it out Burnt placed it in the bag and handed to a customer in the drive through. The line at the register was flowing great but the drinks were behind and coming in random orders...
I stupidly ordered to the wrong Starbucks location but I was already settled in with my laptop and work, and Hannah was SO kind to make my drinks at this location. She was so sweet and didn't make me feel bad about it at all. The drinks here are obviously delicious but the people working here so so friendly and kind-hearted which makes all the difference!
Always do great here. Haven’t been in a minute.
