I work in the hospital & come here often. The staff are absolute rockstars. They do not stop. They work cohesively as a team & get it done. It’s so convenient for students & staff who have time constraints. We appreciate their hard work!!!

It is a shame that the employees there don't care about the patients that are coming in for their appointments. They blare music so loud you can clearly hear it from the 3rd floor. They constantly talk by yelling at each other, even though they are merely 5 feet apart. This is all disruptive to not only patients, but to all others who work in the clinic.

The caramel ribbon crunch was so runny. It was so nasty. They didn't put the extra ingredients I paid for. This is the worst Starbucks ever! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They refuse to remake it.

They were so busy it was unreal, I know this isn't the worker's fault but I literally waited in line for 15 minutes to use a gift card and stars I had saved and they always say their app is down, but it's not! Ugh I thought you could still use a gift card? Very very discouraging!
