Cashier was extremely rude when ordering. I understand it was probably overwhelming only having small cups when customers were ordering. But the smart comments & ignorant remarks were completely unprofessional and frustrating when trying to order. Could have been a better trip without the unnecessary rude comments.

We ordered drinks, the girl was holding the cup with her fingers inside, I asked for a new cup, I was told that she’s new to be patient with her , it happened twice after since the first one, really unprofessional, the “manager” was a complete imbecile. They need to revamp this store , manager needs to be fired, corporate needs to be aware, they are a joke over her. The manager needs to be replaced and put in charge of washing plastic cups, she’ll be a perfect fit.

There’s an angry little man here, Erina-Marie, who has an unfortunate habit of being snappy and giving customers unnecessary attitude. This man also likes to move slowly and takes his incompetence out on others. By the way, this is a habit I’ve observed when he has dealt with multiple other customers. Just because you have an identity crisis it doesn’t mean your customer service should be one too.

Hours say they close at 9pm. I was in line at 5:20 behind a couple. The rude barista waited on them, but told me she was closing and wouldn't serve me. 0 stars.

Although in a Target, it was a perfectly fine Starbucks. A little slow but the whole building was busy. The drink was fine and prepared properly- no issues if you need a pick-me-up while shopping!

I work at David’s Bridal and have routinely been going to this Starbucks for 7 months. I am consistently impressed with the energy of the team. Emily M ALWAYS makes a perfectly balanced drink and is lightning speed every. single. time.*kachow* couldn’t recommend enough

Workers didn’t seem to care that customers we’re standing at the counter— stood there for a hot minute. When speaking to customers both workers showed a ton of attitude.

Nope, nope, a thousand times nope. I ordered the same drink I have ordered from various Starbucks locations at least 20 times (and is a standard menu item with no modifications) and it was made completely wrong. When I asked about it and mentioned how different it was, the employee rolled her eyes and was extremely condescending and said "I made it the way it's ALWAYS made," and then continued with rude comments. My preschooler was with me and said "why was she using such mean words?" as we left. The drink went immediately into the trashcan, and I will absolutely never visit this location. There are two really good Starbucks locations within 5 minutes of it, and even if I were already shopping in Target, it is absolutely worth it to me to drive down the road and make an additional stop to buy coffee.
