Same experience at Willie T. I kind of had just enough getting enough orders incorrectly made from the workers not listening to drink and food requests. But the staff are THOUSANDS times much nicer and would want to make something right!

This was my first time at the UK student center's Starbucks location. In what I've found out is odd, there was no line when I arrived, but one formed about two minutes after. I was glad that the cashier didn't make my drink since she was scratching her mouth as I walked up to the counter. There were two guys working who disappeared as I was ordering. But they came out before too long & made my drink. My drink was good, but all of the other places I've had it on campus have been great. This tasted a little watered down
It was a pretty good experience. Nothing really stood out about this location. There is usually a long line when I go to this location but the coffee tastes great.

This location is badly managed. I have to wait in the line for over 20 minutes every time. They never have enough staff for peak periods. I have had to walk away from my drink twice because they took 30 minutes to make it and I was going to be late.

Embedded in the new UK student center. Same open area design as used in malls. A blah boring coffee and merchandising space, perhaps from a committee of marketing bots. No cozy nooks to meet and study, uncomfortable seating. Nothing to encourage enquiring young humans with minds to meet here really, except an architected proximity to student life. Just barely ok coffee, whatever... Not impressed, sorry not sorry.
