They are bad. I ordered my drink with no ice and it came with ice, and only gave one straw for three drinks. Ordered through Uber and was told nothing could be done to fix the issue.

This Starbucks is extremely slow on mobile orders. Every time I order ahead I have to wait 10-20 minutes for my mobile order. I usually order before I even get in my vehicle and then drive 10 minutes to Starbucks and it’s not even ready. Multiple times I’ve seen employees in this store take in store orders before even checking the mobile orders. I’ve even had to ask a few times. I’ve never had any problems like this with the Starbucks stores in Georgetown. I usually order the London dog tea which does take time to brew, I’ve never had to wait more than for minutes at a store in Georgetown for my order to be ready, they leave the tea bags in which I like. The Ashland and high Starbucks should do the same.update: been a while since I went there, service is better.

I am super indecisive and asked if they could choose a drink. She choose a Dragon drink with added peach juice 10/10. Drink was wonderful employee was wonderful. Definitely will be back thank you!

I went in today after work to grab me a little wake up drink. Was feeling pretty drowsy, honestly didn't really have a good day, but the ladies that were working today truly made my day. Today, understandably so, Starbucks closed at 5pm because of the weather. However, I put a mobile order in that was accepted and it gave me an estimated time of 5:09. When I arrived the door was already locked and the girls inside looked annoyed that I was trying to get their attention. They waited five minutes before either of them came to the door and acknowledged me. I know they were hoping I would just go away, but I at least wanted an explanation for why my mobile order was accepted if they couldn’t make it. It was rude to ignore me when they could obviously see I wanted to speak to them. If an individual store has a cancellation, the online requesting services should be one of the top priorities a supervisor should take care of immediately. I was not the only person at the door confused about the mobile order services. The least the store could have done was called me when they saw the order come through to advise me about store hours.

Today, afternoon, I get worse experience with this branch with all the stuff specifically the manager. I asked for two cups and they give me just one after Meanwhile they tell me you have to pay for a the other one. Dear manager, usually time important for people, it is so nice told the customer you other cup going to be on us.not like you owe me a money. Overall, it's water and flavor. (Not busy place and I spend 12 minutes)

I have been a customer nearby as long as this Starbucks has been open. The last two times I have been there I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager. They lost a good customer

probably my favorite starbucks in the area. the staff is very friendly and it’s actually comfortable to sit and do homework in! plenty of good seating and cozy lighting that isn’t too hard. also appreciate that it’s not too cold either :)
