I went to this Starbucks last week and had the sweetest barista helping me, I think her name was Gabrielle. She was so helpful with my drink choice and went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience. I am definitely coming back to this location!
I lucked out and had some random monies on the app! The humans that greeted me and helped me make up my mind on what cutesy drink I wanted (cough that contained caffeine and was vegan) were absolutely so so sweet! I love them. Thank you guys for brightening my day, it's workers like you that makes the service industry worth it.

Another customer had an issue with the internet being down and the barista being impatient. Some customers have also mentioned that the restaurant could improve by installing sugar dispensers instead of providing sugar in little packets. Despite these issues, many customers love the community and the people who work at Starbucks Coffee Company, and they appreciate the efforts of the employees to provide good service.
