From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

Featured Blonde Roast

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I really love this place and everything that comes with it, but there always seems to be one issue: the manager. She is often rude, and sometimes it feels like she gives me the wrong things on purpose. For example, I have never had to pay for cream cheese with my everything bagel, but today it did not come with any. When I politely asked for some, she charged me two dollars. Starbucks is my third runner-up when it comes to coffee spots. The big hassle? They only provide sugar in little packets instead of a dispenser. It’s a real chore—what a bother! 🙄 But when these kids volunteered in to help and poured the packets out, they quickly recognized the challenge I’ve been facing.
