I went to buy a pink drink with no ice. Because I asked for no ice, the woman filled the rest of the space up with water. Making my drink really watery. The man that was there basically tells me that since I didn’t want ice that they have to put water in it and it’s company policy. More was said in the exchange between us since what he was saying didn’t make sense. I wanted a new drink and was told basically that in order to not get water put into my drink, I would have to pay for extra base. I agreed but in order for me to do that I would have to pay for a whole new drink without getting my money back for the first one. The second drink was still watery but not as bad. I ended up going to the other one down the road with no problem. I was told that I had to call customer service to get my money back. I did indeed get my money back. I could at least been told that they were going to do this before they made it.

I give up. Idk if they're understaffed or what. Last time I put a mobile order in, and it took 20 minutes after me getting there to receive it. Also, I went again yesterday and ordered a venti cold brew with light sweet cream and I asked why it was almost $10 and she said that's just the price. Well she had put two shots of espresso in there, which could really hurt somebody.I won't go back.

Imma getting used to it. This Starbucks is nice. Took it for granted cuz it's in a spot close to work where I just want to leave, but no,. Chill seats, employees that remember what u ordered, and professional.

Mango Dragonfruit Refresher is my absolute favorite drink!!! I've also had a few of the other sandwiches and bakery items. Everything I've ever tried has been fresh and flavorable.

At least twice a week I'm there to grab a drink after seeing the Doctor and going to physical therapy. Anytime I've been which is generally around 10am it's been quiet and there has been no line . The girls that work there are more then friendly & the drinks have been good . It is what it is a Starbucks but there's a difference when you have someone who knows how to pull an espresso shot vs someone who doesn't . The Starbucks area is clean and stocked decently with their retail merchandise as well. You can grab a muffin/baked item/snack/sandwiches there as well . I'll be there again on Tuesday just because I treat myself after going to physical therapy .

I’m not sure why this Starbucks is only 3.9 stars but this Starbucks is the best one that I have ever went to. They have ALWAYS made me want to come back and no other store, no other restaurants, or groceries shops could EVER match the energy this Starbucks brings every morning. They are the most polite group of people and when I walk in I’m welcomed BY NAME and the staff makes conversation while I wait on my mobile order. I have literally almost 800 reward stars and All of them were earned only coming to this specific Starbucks. I have never been around such an amazing and welling working team of people. I have never been employed somewhere that brought this kind of energy. I will forever apply my loyalty to this Starbucks!!
Waited half an hour, starting at around 6:15, two cars were infront of me. They seemed to have ordered and went around. I waited my turn and had 4 cars behind me. The workers were inside doing what seemed like getting orders ready. There was a folded paper on the order screen. I got out and unfolded it after the workers left not acknowledging anyone in the line, just laughing with their to go bags. The sign said they now close at 6. Update that to Google and make sure the sign is visible. In that half and hour someone could of noticed the line was getting bigger and gone out to see that the sign was visible and/or let us know they had changed their hours and were closed.
