Foods always good, but get rid of the drink scanner. Too many people don't know how to work the blasted thing. I'm also not sure what we're tipping when you pay? You do everything yourself.

Love the Hamburg location always a good burger at a good price come get a half price shake between 2 and 4 Monday thru Friday!

I would first like to just think the entire staff for all of the hard work and dedication. It takes to run a steak ‘n Shake. It was a real treat to come to this steak ‘n Shake tonight. The food was hot and fresh. We ordered the double cheeseburger meal with french fries and a large cherry Coke. Added a cup of cheese sauce on the side. It was 10 out of 10 like it was 1994 again. Thank you thank you to whoever is doing the hard work. We really do appreciate it.
